Production Operative Location: High Wycombe Shift: Rotating weekly shifts Hours: Monday-Friday 6.00am-2.00pm/2.00pm-10.00pm Pay rate: £15.59 rotating shifts Temporary ongoing Our client is a global leader in the development and application of electrically conductive and thermal materials, working within various industries such as Automotive, defence and industrial. The successful Production Operative will ideally have previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation. This is a varied and challenging position for the successful candidate, which will draw from a broad range of skills, including problem-solving, multitasking, teamwork, and attention to detail. Responsibilities of the Production Operative: Check the product produced by the machine for quality. Heavy lifting and manual handling Mixing, Testing and Packing, Moulding parts Labelling and repackaging of products. Make sure all materials are prepared and loaded into the machine quickly and efficiently so that downtime is limited. Keep the work area clean and tidy. The ideal Production Operative: Experience within a production/manufacturing/warehouse environment is essential. Willingness to do overtime. Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and skills. The ability to do regular lifting of 20kg bags.
