The role involves hands-on nursing care, risk assessment, medication management, and leading care delivery across a 12-hour shift. Patients may present with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, requiring confident clinical judgement and consistent therapeutic input. Before You Apply You must hold active NMC registration as a Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD). You must have completed your preceptorship and have post-registration experience. This position is NOT suitable for newly qualified nurses who have not finished preceptorship.
