Flexible Early Years Practitioner (Qualified & Unqualified) – Basingstoke
We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in Basingstoke areas; South Ham, Brighton Hill, Kempshott, Buckskin, Beggarwood, Popley, Chineham, Sherborne St John. Supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.
About the Role:
* Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
* Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
* Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards
Pay & Hours:
* £13 –£16.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
* Flexible hours – ideal for part-time or additional work
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of nursery experience within the UK (working with ages 0–5).
* Experience working with children aged 0–5 years as an early years practitioner
* Qualified (Level 2/Level 3) or above in Early Years Education
* Right to work in the UK
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or a willingness to apply for one).
* We require a 5-year reference history; any gaps in employment must be explained.
* Certifications: Must hold (or be willing to complete) Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Level 2 Certificate
