A specialist day centre is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join one of their busy care services for young people and adults with moderate and severe SEN and complex needs. The setting currently provides support to 50+ individuals who have a range of needs and disabilities but are united by a love of learning and education. Their mission is to help those young people make life happen, which is why your role as a Support Worker is vital. You will be supporting with life skills, work experience and educational activities. This role is on a part-time, permanent basis starting ASAP. This role is needed all year round, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. Applicants must be able to offer 3–4 days a week.

Skills required for the role
* Excellent communications skills to liaise with other agencies
* Kind, nurturing and committed individual who is keen to support SEN learners
* Experience working within the care sector (desirable)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
