Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a national organisation who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Responsibilities
* To be the main point of contact for customers, Project Managers, Depots and Fitters
* Organising engineer’s diary
* Helping customers with their faults in their product
* Dealing with any issues/complaints
* Processing replacements in a timely manner
* Obtaining new parts and organising them to be fitted by engineers
* Answering inbound calls
* Liaising with customers in regard to products needing to be service under their warranty period
* Ensure all works are scheduled and allocated to the relevant departments
* Delivering excellent levels of customer service
Qualifications / Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have to possess outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and is used to working within a fast-paced environment. You will also need to proficient on all MS packages. Experience dealing within a busy, fast paced environment would be advantageous.
