The Package
* Basic Salary: £23,000 plus guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months.
* Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000.
* Car Allowance: £2,500 or Company Car.
* Work Pattern: 5 days a week, flexible schedule with occasional Saturday shifts.
