Essential Candidate Attributes
1. Education & Experience - Degree or proven track record in Quantity Surveying
2. Specialized Skills - Experience with drylining and wall finishes packages
3. Company Alignment - Ability to align with and uphold company values
4. Communication - Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
5. Analytical Skills - Strong analytical abilities and commercial/contractual awareness
6. Mobility - Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Desirable Candidate Attributes
7. Additional Knowledge - Understanding of fire protection, SFS, and screed works
8. Software Proficiency - Familiarity with Chalkstring software
Responsibilities
9. Contract Management - Advising on and negotiating contracts
10. Financial Management - Preparing substantiated applications and final accounts
11. Project Management - Managing variations, delays, and claims
12. Pre-Construction - Assisting with pre-construction handovers
13. Reporting - Reporting on project metrics
14. Estimating & Procurement - Assisting with estimating and securing the best rates

Salary
£65,000 - £70,000 per annum
