A PA is needed to support a woman for 13 hours per week, the PA must be flexible as this will include weekends, a casual PA is also needed to cover holidays etc various hours.
* Support with daily living tasks
* Personal care, ensuring the woman is showered and ready for the day
* Continence care
* Prepare and make meals and administer medication
* Domestic tasks and laundry
* Assist with medical appointments and transport the woman to shops
* Use a wheelchair when accessing the outdoors
The ideal PA will be kind, patient and have a caring nature. The PA must be reliable and able to build strong relationships based on equality and respect.
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of which will be met by the local authority/employer.
