You’ll carry your own caseload, delivering one-to-one structured family support as either a lead professional or co-worker, always working in partnership with other agencies. No two days are the same — but every day your work will matter. About you We’re looking for someone who can bring both compassion and professionalism to the role. You’ll need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to build trust and positive relationships with families. Experience of writing assessments and creating support plans. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and good practice in family work. A strong understanding of partnership working. Creativity, flexibility and resilience in how you support families.
