What Youll Be Doing: As a Recruitment Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include: Writing and posting job adverts online Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews Assisting with face-to-face interviews Carrying out reference checks to audit standards Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance Supporting with general admin reception duties, answering phones/emails etc. What Were Looking For: Great organisational and time management skills A professional, friendly, and proactive approach A desire to learn and grow within recruitment Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into recruitment and build a meaningful career.
