With continued ambitious growth plans for the coming years, a regional wealth manager is looking to add to their management team by appointing an Advisory Development Manager to lead and develop their Central Scotland hub.
Due to additional hires in the team, trainee advisers coming through the ranks, and existing highly experienced IFAs, they need someone to oversee, grow, and manage their team of approximately 20.

* The role will entail coaching both on a 1:1 basis and in groups to assess best practice.
* Carrying out role plays to reinforce skills and teachings, observing performance to recognize areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to upskill the team.
* Training advisers, observing their performance in sales encounters, and providing feedback to regional management regarding obstacles faced.
* Keeping up with market trends, industry changes, and regulations, with a strong focus on compliance and adviser competency.
The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to make a difference, be driven, motivated, and excited to join during this stage of growth. Previous experience giving financial advice, Level 4 qualified, and a background in a similar role with evidence of delivering results are essential.
