Job Overview
We are delighted to offer a fixed‑term contract (till 31/12/2026) for an adult psychotherapist/psychological therapist. The main duties include psychological assessments and the delivery of psycho‑dynami‑cally informed/integrative therapy. Mid‑Essex psychological services are fully integrated within multi‑disciplinary teams covering Chelmsford, Braintree and Maldon. You will work alongside experienced professionals from different backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver psychological assessments and interventions within the NHS context.
* Provide consultations and develop clinical formulations for clients with personality disorders, psychosis and other complex presentations.
* Support clients experiencing severe emotional disturbance, trauma and multiple morbidities.
* Contribute to multi‑disciplinary treatment planning, research, audit and service evaluation.
