Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized support plans, assisting with daily living and providing emotional support while respecting boundaries.
* Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and privacy.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, administer medication (if competent), and respond to emergencies.
* Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and use company systems effectively.
* Foster positive communication with all stakeholders and attend required meetings/training.
* Implement strategies to promote independence and community participation.
* Administer, book in/out, and manage medications as required.
