Overview
The position involves developing and maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness around the school. Duties include toilet cleaning, mopping, cleaning of internal glazing, vacuuming, and use of equipment including scrubbers, driers and buffing machines.
Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning tasks to maintain a high standard of cleanliness around the school.
* Clean toilets, mop floors, clean internal glazing, vacuum, and operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, driers and buffing machines.
* Work to tight timescales, either as part of a team or independently.
Person Specification / Qualities
* Hard-working, energetic and honest with excellent customer care skills.
* Ability to provide a quality service within a busy school.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to relate positively to all members of the school community.
* Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team; able to work alone to meet deadlines.
