Job Responsibilities:
· Execute agreed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly proactive IT tasks across depots
· Take ownership of delivering IT support to colleagues over the phone, email & in person, alongside our external IT MSP, in line with agrees SLA agreements
· Manage user onboarding & offboarding requests
· Maintain IT asset register, device allocations, and key documentation
· Configure and provide ongoing support for colleagues daily hardware – Laptops and mobiles via our current solutions
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printer, and basic network issues, escalating to external IT MSP where appropriate
· Maintain & manage client MS365, Azure & network infrastructure
· Work alongside our Head of Technology & Project and external IT MSP to deliver agreed projects
Skills, Knowledge & Education:
· At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role for an MSP / Internal IT Position
· Technically excellent in MS365, Azure & general IT infrastructure
· Experience with MSP tools & systems
· Networking knowledge ideal, but not essential
