This post requires a motivated individual to provide an administrative support to Planning and Building Standards services, based in Almada Street, Hamilton. The main duties of the post include registering and processing planning and building standards applications and related correspondence, including issuing decisions, processing payments and related banking duties, digitising planning applications and preparing and issuing neighbour notification notices. Training will be provided as required but you will be able to demonstrate good organisational and communication skills and experience in undertaking a broad range of administrative duties.
