Solicitor – Inheritance & Trust Disputes
TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a highly respected multi-office law firm in Swansea that is seeking to appoint a Solicitor to join its renowned Inheritance & Trust Disputes team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist and expanding area of law. You will join a supportive, highly recognised team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and legal expertise.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including:
* Challenges to the validity of wills
* Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
* Trust disputes Trustee and estate administration disputes
Working closely with colleagues across South Wales, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes for clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with professional contacts, referrers, and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and networking activities, supporting the continued growth of this successful team.
Previous experience in contentious probate would be advantageous; however, applications are also welcomed from solicitors with a background in litigation or private client work who are keen to specialise in this rewarding and intellectually stimulating area of practice.
