Working on behalf of a prestigious client based in Stafford, you will be responsible for supporting the cleaning and infection control requirements of the School.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. A methodical approach to cleaning that is organized, efficient, and thorough.
2. The ability to work well independently and lead a team.
3. Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
4. A positive and approachable manner.
5. Good numeracy and literacy skills.
6. Physical abilities, including being able to work on your feet for long periods, and the capability to lift, reach, and bend.
7. Adaptability to change and a willingness to adopt new processes and ideas.
8. The ability to deliver quality work and work unsupervised.
9. Knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations related to the role.
10. It is desirable to have a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or BICs skills training.
11. Demonstrate a commitment to Johnsons 1871 Ltd's Core Values.
12. Attend and fully participate in training courses.
13. Undertake additional duties as required within your capabilities.
14. Fulfilling all reasonable management requests and supporting colleagues to create flexible working relationships aligned with shared objectives.
