Would you like to be part of an amazing team working for a leading care provider in the Cheshire area?
We are a recognised care provider rated GOOD overall by CQC (Care Quality Commission).
We are looking for people who have a kind, friendly caring nature, who may want a change of career and flexible shifts.
You don’t need qualifications or experience; we offer a thorough 4-day induction programme to prepare you for your new role.
What to expect
You will be visiting clients in their own homes in the Winsford and Northwich area, so a valid driver’s license and your own car are required.
As a driver, you will receive a pay enhancement to help with additional costs.
You will meet several clients each day, so strong communication and listening skills are essential, as our clients love to share stories.
Your responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with hygiene and dressing, and preparing clients for their day.
Basic cooking skills, such as boiling an egg, making sandwiches, and using a microwave, are essential.
Our clients have various ailments, so patience and compassion are crucial qualities for our Support Workers.
Available shifts include mornings, full days, afternoons, and evenings from 6.30 pm to 11.15 pm, which attract an enhanced pay rate.
Please inform us of your availability to see what options are possible.
You must be 18 years or older to apply, and we require alternate weekend work as part of our support services, which operate 7 days a week.
