What will your day look like?
* Supporting classroom activities and assisting teachers with lesson delivery.
* Running small group interventions or phonics sessions.
* Helping pupils prepare for upcoming SATs or assessments.
* Providing 1:1 support where required.
* Supervising and engaging pupils during lessons.
* Contributing to a positive and productive learning environment.
What you’ll need:
* Completion of your teacher training and QTS status (or due to be awarded soon)
* A passion for education and a proactive attitude
* Willingness to travel to schools acrossNorth Birmingham and Staffordshire.
* Some school experience (e.g., placement, volunteering, etc.)
