What You'll Do:
As an Estate Manager, you'll be at the heart of our property operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
Building strong relationships with residents and addressing their needs promptly.
Overseeing budgets and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective management.
Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.

Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in property management or a related field.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required.
