Are you a proactive and skilled maintenance professional with a passion for continuous improvement? We're looking for a dedicated Asset Care Technician / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in St. Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all tasks are carried out safely, adhering to HSHE standards and safe working practices.
* Respond promptly and effectively to production breakdowns.
* Identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions.
* Recommend and support improvements to production machinery in line with a continuous improvement culture.
* Complete planned Asset Care/TPM activities.
* Participate in and manage key engineering projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience maintaining industrial equipment.
* Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
* Solid mechanical knowledge, with experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Good understanding of PLC systems.
* FLT/MEWP certification is desirable but not essential.
