Team Leader – Block Property Management

Role Overview
We are recruiting a Block Property Management Team Leader to manage a small, high‑end prime portfolio in central London. You will oversee a small team, drive process improvements, and maintain building compliance while supporting junior staff and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small local portfolio in accordance with regulations
* Oversee a small team of Property Managers and local support admin
* Develop and drive process efficiencies
* Handle client enquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate actions
* Attend client meetings and regular site visits
* Oversee contractor performance and maintenance issues
* Oversee site‑based staff
* Prepare and monitor budgets
* Ensure building compliance management
* Manage Section 20 processes
* Coordinate operations and back‑office teams to maintain building standards
* Work with internal departments to keep buildings clean, safe, and pleasant for residents
Qualifications & Experience
* TPI qualification and demonstrable post‑qualification experience
* Strong understanding of residential property management and current legislation
* Well‑developed interpersonal and oral communication skills
* Experience investigating in‑depth queries and establishing root causes
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong literacy and numerical skills with advanced service charge management exposure
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Team player
