About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Product Support Engineer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across our hardware and software platforms.
This role combines telephone-based, remote technical support with hands-on configuration and occasional site visits, offering an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
You will work closely with the key members of the Field Service, Operations, and Customer Services Teams, amongst others, ensuring we provide the very best service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support and remote diagnostics for CAME Parkare equipment and software.
* Assisting field engineers with installation, configuration, and fault resolution.
* Supporting customers with issues relating to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
* Configuring and troubleshooting routers and network switches, including VLANs and routing.
* Working with copper and fibre network technologies to support system connectivity.
* Supporting the setup and maintenance of MS Windows Server environments.
* Assisting with MS SQL Server management, queries, and backup/restore processes.
* Understanding and supporting web-based hosted platforms and application scripts.
* Providing clear documentation and technical guidance to both customers and internal teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A proven track record in a technical support or engineering role.
* Experience with SQL server management.
* Comfortable with web-based applications and hosted software solutions.
