We are working with a global multi-brand apparel business that's undergoing exciting transformation and digital growth. The fastest growing brand within the portfolio is hiring for an Ecommerce Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave. You will manage three websites (UK, US, GR) and be responsible for shaping and delivering their global trading performance, whilst enhancing the customer experience.
About the Role:
* Define and lead ecommerce strategy across key markets to meet digital sales and brand goals
* Own the trading calendar, aligning launches and campaigns with seasonal plans and KPIs
* Manage one direct report - ecommerce specialist
* Use analytics and A/B testing to drive conversion and on-site performance
* Partner with brand, merchandising, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
