Senior Marketing & Communications Executive

Function - Marketing

Location - Ripponden 3 days a week and working from home 2 days

Role overview

* Plan, develop, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
* Support with campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI across all activities.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data‑driven insights to optimise strategies and report results to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital, and data) and external agencies to deliver high‑quality campaigns on time.
* Lead content creation projects, including videos, photography, blogs, webinars, newsletters, and case studies.
* Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring all activities align with business objectives.
* Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Support event marketing initiatives, including planning and promotion for trade shows, webinars, and community events.
* Manage LinkedIn strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations across all marketing activities.


Knowledge and Skills

* Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning.
* Content Creation: Ability to plan and produce engaging content across channels.
* Campaign Management: Familiarity with planning, executing, and measuring campaigns.
* Market Research: Understanding customer insights, competitor analysis, and trends.
* CRM & Automation Tools: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.


Experience

* Experience working in a B2B environment.
