As the business goes from strength to strength we are again looking to expand the operational team.
Firstcall Business Communications provide a high standard of inbound call management services. Our staff work with a number of different companies such as Social Housing providers, Local Council authorities, Building Maintenance and FM companies, Government bodies and Health care providers. We NEVER do outbound sales or cold calling.
We will require right to work documents to be presented at interview.
ALL applicants must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday every week.
The position will be subject to DBS and Adverse Credit Credits
Call Centre experience is not required - we will teach you all you need to know.
We are looking for friendly, hard working, reliable, kind and committed people to come and join our First Call Family.
You will be working on computers at a fairly fast pace so being computer literate is a must.
Lots of our team work their shifts around college, university, hobbies and sometimes other jobs.
Our team have worked amazingly throughout the pandemic, providing vital services to a number of sectors. Our team are classed as key workers due to the nature of the calls we deal with. The business has gone from strength to strength and we cant wait for you to come and join the fun
