Morson have a need for an experienced Local Government Business Analyst with experience of supporting Transformation within Revenues and Benefits. You will have experience within Council Tax, Housing Benefits and Business Rates. Previous experience of working with Revenue and Benefits systems re-procurement would be advantageous especially with of NECs iWorld system Key areas will involve: Requirements gathering, specification development and statutory compliance review. Market engagement and procurement. Planning for data migration and implementation. Coordination with a variety of services including Revenues & Benefits, Finance, Customer Services, and Technology. Key areas Deep understanding of Revenues & Benefits processes and statutory requirements. Skilled in requirements documentation, data flow analysis, and user engagement. Experience with iWorld or similar systems is highly desirable.
