About this role
Our Infrastructure team delivers land consents, referencing, negotiation, planning, landowner/contractor liaison and damage claim negotiation across the infrastructure and utility sector (electricity, water, gas and telecoms). The Savills Infrastructure team is a UK-wide department with over 100 staff and 50 consultants. In the Bury St Edmunds office, the team focuses on utilities firms, supported by experienced colleagues. As a graduate on the land and resources pathway, your day may involve site visits, landowner/tenant negotiations, Heads of Terms for access agreements, Wayleaves and Easements, or desk-based GIS planning, legal documentation or design solutions.

Responsibilities
* Assist with wayleaves/consents and land access negotiations on infrastructure projects
* Inspect project sites and property, coordinate with landowners and tenants
* Prepare Heads of Terms for access agreements, wayleaves and easements
* Produce GIS plans and related documentation; support design solutions
* Collaborate with team members across the UK network and client offices

The assessment process

Assessment Centre & Panel Interview (same day) planned for 27 November 2025 in London. Potential follow-up interview with local team.
