* Translating site-specific data into solution documents that shape smart, scalable installations.
* Contributing to innovation in how we assess, prepare, and deliver our technology on the ground.
I – Intentional (Act with Purpose)
You will take pride in the detail by:
* Owning the full surveying and project processes.
* Turning customer and commercial requirements into fit-for-purpose technical plans.
* Ensuring the team are managing site visits and documentation with consistency and clarity.
S – Synergy (Be Brilliant, Together)
You will collaborate across boundaries by:
* Liaising with clients, engineers, installation teams, and the commercial team to capture needs.
* Working closely with project managers and field techs to ensure aligned delivery.
* Representing Intelli-Park professionally on site, building trust and understanding.
* Oversee user training and adoption of innovative solutions, addressing any challenges encountered during implementation.
* Collaborating across departments (Commercial, IT, Finance, Account Management) to optimise operations.
* Building strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
T – Tenacity (Stay Switched On)
You will stay on the pulse by:
* Managing demanding schedules with changing priorities and tight SLAs.
* Staying compliant with H&S regulations and company safety policies.
* Troubleshooting unexpected issues during site assessments/installations and offering practical solutions.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
A – Accountability (Own It)
You will take full responsibility for:
* Ensuring the team produce clear, accurate survey reports and installation proposals using Microsoft tools.
* Ensuring all survey outcomes align with legal, technical, and operational requirements.
* Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and change management strategies.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business needs and develop implementation strategies for new projects and initiatives.
* Establish project portfolio management practices to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What You will Be Responsible For
* Lead and manage a team of project managers and surveyors, ensuring efficient project execution across all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
* Conducting technical surveys for new site installations and site changes across the UK.
* Preparing and submitting clear solution documents based on survey findings.
* Maintaining excellent communication with clients during the survey and implementation stages.
* Supporting the project team with relevant technical and installation guidance.
* Helping improve processes in the surveying and implementation lifecycle.
* Staying up to date with health and safety protocols and training compliance.
What You will Bring to the Park
* 3+ years’ experience surveying and/or installing ANPR or smart infrastructure installations.
* Experience in team leadership.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and client interactions.
* Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
