What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the delivery of lessons to individuals and small groups
* Helping pupils with additional needs stay engaged and confident in class
* Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a calm, productive classroom atmosphere
* Assisting with classroom admin and preparing learning resources
* Giving feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and wellbeing
* Promoting inclusion, kindness, and safety for every pupil
What we’re looking for:
* A calm, patient, and encouraging nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise) is helpful—but not essential
* A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in education
* A belief that small acts of support lead to big changes for children
