Position: Practice Manager
Type: Part-Time, 32 hours a week
Typical shifts: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm
At this friendly specialist Orthodontic practice, you’ll work alongside an expert clinical team and supporting practice colleagues to deliver exceptional, private care. Bath - Circus Orthodontics is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within PortmanDentex, making us the leading orthodontic provider in the UK.
About you
* Management experience within a dental, healthcare or commercial setting (retail/hospitality).
* Experience working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
* Experience managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
* Effective communication skills and a proactive leadership approach.
