Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: London – Canary Wharf (2 days per week in the office)
Salary: £47,500 – £55,000 + Bonus
Full-Time: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP, can wait a few weeks for the right person
Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm, are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

The Role:
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a gatekeeper, organiser, and trusted partner, ensuring the senior leader’s time is used effectively and business objectives are delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Complex diary and inbox management, scheduling and prioritising across multiple demands
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing all correspondence with professionalism and discretion
* Taking ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring follow-through and timely completion
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Planning and organising meetings, events, and offsites
* Preparing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations
* Managing expenses and processing invoices
* Taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking action points
* Supporting with broader administrative tasks as required
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (or similar job role) who -
* Has demonstrable experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment
* Holds experience within financial services or another professional services environment
* Is a proactive self-starter who anticipates needs ahead of time
* Possesses exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Is an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Thinks strategically about time management, prioritisation, and workload
* Has a track record of taking ownership of work and delivering tasks end-to-end
* Is highly trustworthy and discreet, with experience handling sensitive and confidential information
