This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering high standards of cleanliness and service in line with client expectations and Compass Group procedures.The ideal candidate will have strong operational and people management skills, as well as the ability to maintain high standards in a busy, customer-focused environmentTo join our team at a prestigious government building in Whitehall, candidates must meet strict security requirements.This role involves working in a highly sensitive environment, so successful applicants will need to undergo and pass enhanced security vetting.To be eligible for this process, you must:Be a British citizenHave been a UK resident for at least the past 10 yearsBe willing to complete all stages of the vetting procedureThese checks are essential to ensure the integrity and security of our operations.
