About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants with a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate. You will be joining progressive nurseries that champion:

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children’s development through play, exploration, and purposeful interactions
* Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with a passionate team of Early Years professionals
* Encouraging independence, creativity, emotional wellbeing, and positive relationships
* Contributing to high-quality care and early education across the setting
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
* Genuine enthusiasm for Early Years education and child development
* Experience within child-led settings or a strong interest in the Curiosity Approach
* Flexible, caring, and proactive working style
