The role
Hands-on, individual contributor FP&A Manager with no direct reports. The successful candidate will own the finance function end-to-end and interact with the C-suite on a daily basis. This is a pure doer role.
Key responsibilities
* Annual budget cycle
* Monthly budget reviews
* 13-week cashflow forecasting
* 3 and 5 year business planning
Candidate requirements
* ACA qualified, Big 4 or Top 10 audit background (~3 years)
* 3-8 years FP&A Manager experience in industry
* Knows FP&A inside out and can operate independently with no support
* Articulate, confident and polished, able to hold daily C-suite conversations
* Sharp, switched on and extremely hard working
