Your Role: As part of a team-teaching approach, you will work alongside class teachers and specialists to support pupils with SEMH needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting in delivering tailored learning activities, providing emotional and behavioural support, and fostering positive interactions within a classroom that encourages independence and confidence. Candidate Requirements: CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning (preferred) Team-Teach certified or qualified (a specific de-escalation and positive behaviour management training, essential) Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH or SEND needs (desirable) A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of SEMH conditions and strategies (advantage) Understanding of safeguarding policies Monarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
