ClientSupportOfficerprovidessupporttoadultsocialcareclients,carersandfamilieswhoreceivesocialcaresupportviaaDirectPaymentand/oranIndividualServiceFund.Youwillberesponsibleforreconcilingclientaccounts,calculatingbalancesandproducinganauditreporthighlightinganyvariancesandre-claims.Therolewillalsoincludeprocessingandpaymentofcarebillsfortheseclients. ThesuccessfulClientSupportOfficerwillhaveexperienceofworkinginafinancesetting,withexcellentnumeracyskills.Anabilitytodemonstrateattentiontodetail,andmanageandprioritiseyourownworkloadisessential,asisexperienceofusingMicrosoftOfficeproducts,andanabilitytolearnnewI.T.systems. ClientSupportOfficermusthaveexperienceofdeliveringacustomerfocusedserviceandbeabletocommunicatewithvulnerableadults,aswellasbuildingpartnershipswithinternalandexternalagencies.
