Role
The Site Manufacturing Lead is a key operational leader responsible for driving performance, consistency and engagement across a complex, fast moving production environment. In this role you will oversee day to day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, service and cost targets are consistently achieved while embedding strong routines and disciplined standards across all shifts. You will coach and develop team leaders and frontline colleagues, strengthening capability and building a culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with engineering, planning, technical and supply chain teams, you will identify inefficiencies, enhance line performance, reduce waste and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and reliability. Alongside daily leadership, you will contribute to the longer term development of the site by supporting key improvement projects, championing best practice and playing an active role in shaping how the operation evolves as the business continues its growth journey.
Person
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, people centred operational leader with experience in fast paced, high volume manufacturing environments. You will bring credibility on the shop floor, strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across shifts. A structured, analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement are essential, along with the resilience and adaptability required to operate effectively in a dynamic setting.
