As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support within a busy personal injury team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of GBP 24,000 : GBP 26,000 and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Handling inbound calls and general front-of-house duties
* Producing legal documentation through audio and copy typing
* Supporting fee earners with a range of administrative tasks
* Managing filing, scanning, and document organisation
* Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Qualifications
* Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk or in a similar role.
* Proven experience of 2 years working in a law firm
* Strong audio typing capability
* Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
* A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner
