Are you a Microsoft 365 expert passionate about collaboration tools and driving workplace efficiency through modern cloud-based solutions? We’re looking for a talented engineer to join our team and take ownership of Microsoft 365 administration, migrations, and the integration of third-party SaaS tools into our workplace ecosystem.


As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will lead the delivery and support of core Microsoft 365 services—Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive—and play a key role in the rollout of SaaS applications, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across the business.


💡 What We’re Looking For:


📈 Experience:


* Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* Proven track record of email and SharePoint migrations.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune is beneficial.
* Ability to evaluate, implement, and support third-party SaaS tools.
* Experience integrating SaaS platforms into Microsoft-based environments.
* Solid understanding of security and compliance in a Microsoft cloud context.
* Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and administration.

* Manage and execute email and SharePoint migration projects.
* Support the rollout and integration of SaaS-based workplace tools, ensuring smooth user adoption.
* Assist in the implementation of identity, access, and device management policies.
* Automate repetitive tasks and improve administrative efficiency using PowerShell.
* Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
