Position: Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Working hours: Monday Friday 08:00am 4:30pm
Location: Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
Salary: £26,800

What Youll Be Doing
* Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for travel-related queries
* Assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email
* Resolving queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism
* Participating in regular team huddles
* Keeping up to date with promotions, initiatives, and company policies
* Supporting ad hoc projects as required
What Youll Need
* Previous customer service experience
* Fluency in Russian and English
* Strong communication skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
* Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure
* Excellent problem-solving ability
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to achieve targets and continuously develop
