Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a culinary team to provide nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service within budget.
* Prepare modified diets that are appealing and well-balanced in accordance with IDDSI guidance.
* Place food orders with approved suppliers, comply with procedures to maintain stock levels, and control procurement to meet budget limits.
* Supervise and direct the work of kitchen staff and the Host team; instruct and demonstrate simple food preparation to unqualified staff.
* Practice safe systems of work, assess risks, and ensure personal safety of residents, visitors, and staff.

About You / Qualifications
* Two years experience managing a culinary team in the care or hospitality sectors.
* Hold a relevant catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ).
* Demonstrate passion and commitment to high-quality culinary standards for residents.
* Demonstrate ability to manage a budget.
