About the Role As a Classroom Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining learning continuity when teachers are absent. You will: Lead classes of students aged 11–16 using pre-prepared lesson plans Support students in completing classwork while promoting positive behaviour Manage the classroom environment in line with school policies Provide additional help to students with special educational needs where required Contribute to a calm, purposeful and engaging learning experience for all pupils This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, education graduates, tutors, teaching assistants or those with youth work experience looking to step into a school-based role.
