Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Exhibits a high level of self-discipline and is capable of coaching or mentoring teammates in planning and prioritizing sales activities.
* Sets strategic sales and business goals, and implements plans to meet short and long-term objectives.
* Maintains the direction of the sales territory to achieve growth and maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities.
* Possesses strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
* Has the ability to multi-task and meet target dates.
* Proficient in MS Office, pricing and analytics tools, and able to learn new digital tools.
* Accurately and promptly submits reports and expense claims.
* Willing to travel to customer sites, sales meetings, and training events as needed.
* Understands when to raise issues to the manager and performs other tasks as assigned.
