As the business evolves, outbound has become a critical growth lever. This role exists to own that function end-to-end.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced outbound specialist to take ownership of how ITRS generates new commercial conversations.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused outbound growth role, responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving outbound campaigns that generate interest and meetings for the senior consulting team.
You will be the sole, central owner of outbound activity in the business.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to:
• Consistently generate high-quality introductory meetings for senior consultants
• Build and refine outbound campaigns that cut through to senior technology leaders
• Use data, testing, and tooling to improve outbound performance over time
• Act as the commercial link between market insight and the senior team
What You'll Be Doing
• Designing and running outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email
• Crafting messaging tailored to different technology audiences and company profiles
• Using AI and automation tools to support research, personalisation, sequencing, and follow-up
• Continuously A/B testing messaging, audiences, and approaches
• Analysing campaign performance to understand what is working and why
• Generating qualified introductory meetings for senior consultants
• Maintaining clean data and clear handover notes for each opportunity
LinkedIn Ownership
This role will also take ownership of ITRS's LinkedIn presence as part of outbound execution, focusing on engagement and conversation generation.
This includes:
• Planning and publishing regular LinkedIn posts
• Creating content aligned to outbound themes and campaigns
• Monitoring engagement and response
• Adjusting tone, topics, and cadence based on performance data
Who You'll Be Engaging
You will engage primarily with senior stakeholders within technology organisations, including:
• CTOs and technology leaders
• Heads of Engineering, Platform, or Infrastructure
• Directors and VPs within technology functions
You will need to be comfortable writing to and targeting this level of professional.
Tools, Data & Experimentation
We expect this role to be highly tool and data-driven.
You will:
• Select and use outbound tools appropriate to the task
• Leverage AI to improve research, messaging, and efficiency
• Build simple reporting to track performance trends
• Use testing and analysis to drive continuous improvement
Tool choice is flexible and will be selected in agreement with the senior leadership team.
Background & Skillset
We are looking for someone who is genuinely strong at outbound.
You are likely to have:
• Experience in SDR, outbound growth, or commercial development roles
• A track record of building and running outbound campaigns
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfort working autonomously and owning outcomes
• Experience with outbound tools, AI/automation and experimentation to get results
• A driven nature with a genuine hunger to find new business
Backgrounds may include tech sales, recruitment, SaaS, or professional services.
What's on Offer
• Base Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
• Great commission structure based on a £1,000 bonus for each new client you generate
• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays

• Hybrid Working - 2-3 Days in Office (we are in Shoreham by Sea)
