Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Package

The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding cost consultancy services to clients, with a focus on service excellence and achieving positive project outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for the full range of pre- and post-contract duties, including:
* Cost planning and estimating
* Procurement advice and tender management
* Contract administration and post-contract cost control
* Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You’ll be working on projects typically valued between £5m and £50m, and your input will directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.
What You’ll Need
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent practical experience)
* MRICS or MCIOB is highly desirable
* Experience working within a consultancy environment
* A solid track record on projects valued between £5m–£50m
* Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
* Proactive approach and ability to manage workload independently
