The Role:
As a Care Assistant, you'll support our residents in maintaining their independence and dignity by assisting with everyday tasks and activities tailored to their individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting residents with personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, oral hygiene)
2. Promoting independence and improving quality of life
3. Observing and recording physical and emotional wellbeing, and reporting any changes
4. Assisting with meals and hydration to support nutritional needs
5. Encouraging and supporting participation in activities
