Responsibilities
* Ensuring projects are completed in a safe, productive, and cost‑effective manner.
* Ensuring our frontline engineers are working in line with company policies and procedures through audits.
* Managing both SGN employees and contractors across the Construction projects.
* Attending planning meetings, such as those with Highway Authorities, and coordination meetings.
* Satisfying the needs of all customers and stakeholders.
* Undertaking standby duties as necessary (with appropriate training provided).
What you will need
* Demonstrable team leadership, managerial, coaching, organisational, diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
* Ideally 2 years’ experience working within a similar industry, with knowledge of health and safety procedures.
* Effective communicators at all levels and able to engage with all stakeholders, customers, contractors and your own team.
* Flexibility with a can do attitude and strive to outperform targets.
* Flexible approach to work and hold a full and valid driving licence.
