A successful construction company based in N/W Ireland with sites nationwide is looking to recruit a Project Managerwith residential experience in managing a social housing scheme for Sligo County Council under a public works contract.

What You'll Do As Project Manager
: Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and taking responsibility for overseeing a full projects team and subcontractors.
: Taking responsibility for the day:to:day management of the site.
: Maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety.
: Managing the requisition process for all materials and plant on site.
: Ensuring the project is delivered efficiently to the satisfaction of the client.
We're Looking For a Project Manager With
: Being familiar contract documents supplied by the Client/Architect
: Experience in the construction industry including previous Project Management experience.
: Previous experience working with Public Works.
: Self:motivated with strong problem:solving and decision :making skills.
: Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
: Excellent leadership skills.
: Demonstrate an understanding of BIM and digital construction technologies.
: Excellent IT Skills.
